NSW Demon Survey (2010) – Summary of Results
NSW Demon Survey (2010)
In 2010 we conducted a survey of NSW Demons (email list) and received responses from 78 people. This gave us confidence that we had a representative sample to use to improve the events and information we are providing for the NSW Demons .
Summary of Results:
- Over 90% are interested or very interested in participating in events in Sydney with MFC legends, current players and members of the football department
- 88% are interested in watching games live with the NSW Demons group;
- The majority (67%) of respondents attend between 1 and three games in Melbourne each year;
- Over 2/3rds of you have previously donated money to the MFC including debt demolition;
- 35% of you are interested or very interested in buying a share in a corporate membership Eg. Presidents Club
- 46% responded that you are interested in helping expand the NSW Demons supporters group.
- The most frequent request was for Melbourne to play in Sydney at least once a year;
- Thank you to the 17 of you who took time to provide us with feedback and constructive suggestions and some very positive comments. We will use this information to develop the NSW Demons plans and activities for 2011.
What changes can we make to improve the NSW Demons based on these results?
- Continue to meet to watch the footy on the Big Screen at the Camelia Grove
- Advocate for the MFC to play at least one game in Sydney
- Buy corporate memberships to be shared amongst interested members
